Some time yesterday i came across an article that concerned a young girl named Solveig. The picture shown was of her giving a man a tattoo. Confused, i research more into this to find that this 10 yr old girl is a graffiti artist. One man liked her work so much that he asked her to create a creature and tattoo it onto him. Her graffiti is all adorable and innocent as well.
